Personal Training is an even more effective way to reach your goals. Customised workouts in a small private/semi-private setting of 1-4 people. You get more attention, more accountability, and achieve your goals faster. These training sessions are exercise programs tailored to you and your fitness and well-being goals. These sessions will have a strong focus on technique, getting you strong (when you are ready) and building muscle to help keep you robust as you age.
The number one thing we can do to increase our longevity, change our body composition, increase our metabolism and improve our quality of life is STRENGTH training. No hours of cardio or endless HIIT sessions are required, just safe and effective strength training, progressing at your pace.
When it comes to Personal Training, at JOLT Fitness, all programs include:
Pre-Training Movement Screen to assess movement issues and injuries.
Goal Setting Consult to create an individualised program based on your goals.
Coaching to ensure you learn the correct form and technique.
Program adjustments over time to keep you interested and challenged.
Basic nutrition advice to help you reach your goals.
Help with alleviating any pain and dysfunction in your body.
All our training sessions are held at our private home studio in Phillip Island and prices are:
*All Personal Training is billed every 4 weeks.
1x/week (4 sessions) - $220
2x/week (8 sessions) - $420
3x/week (12 sessions) - $600
*For every extra person (up to 4) we add $25 for semi-private.
