JOLT Fitness is a private personal training studio on Phillip Island helping adults get stronger, move better and feel more confident through personalised coaching and strength training.

 

Specialising in 1-on-1 personal training for beginners, over-40s, and adults returning to exercise, JOLT Fitness provides a supportive, non-intimidating environment focused on strength, mobility, fitness and long-term health.

 

We work with people of all fitness levels, including those managing injuries, aches and pains, low confidence in gyms, or those simply wanting accountability and expert guidance.

 

Our coaching focuses on improving strength, mobility, energy, body composition and everyday function so you can feel better both inside and outside the gym. Unlike large commercial gyms, JOLT Fitness offers personalised coaching in a welcoming private studio environment where every session is tailored to the individual.

 

We also offer boxing for fitness classes designed to improve conditioning, confidence and overall wellbeing in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

 

Located on Phillip Island, we help locals build sustainable fitness habits that support long-term health, movement and quality of life.
